What is your mission & motivation?

We collect waste food from supermarkets that would otherwise go to landfill and share it with our community in Hailsham and the surrounding area. We also take clothes donations including school uniform. These are free to our community too.

We are trying to lessen waste in our area and help to feed our community during a time when everyone needs a little help. What we do encourages others to think about sharing with others.

My personal motivation comes from being a single mum some 30 years ago and struggling to feed myself and my daughter so I understand how hard it can be.

Myself and our team of volunteers see daily the difference what we do can and does make.
